Andrew Broughton Wedding Host

I'm an award-winning wedding DJ with 20 years experience. I help couples like you turn your dream wedding into a reality.

Before you get in touch, think about these questions:

  1. Where are you getting married?
  2. Who's coming to your wedding?
  3. What do you want your guests to say about your wedding afterwards?

Would it make sense to arrange a chat or request a quote?

It's time to rethink your wedding. Why hire a wedding DJ when you can have a wedding host to be there throughout the day, building the atmosphere ready for the evening party.

Andrew also took the time to help us plan out the timings of our reception which was brilliant

Natasha & Greg - Wedding at Stalisfield Village Hall

The afternoon of your wedding can be a fun experience as well as the formal part of the day. As a wedding host I'm here to guide you and your guests through your day.

As part of this I can run activities to engage your guests and create a fun atmosphere for everyone.

Having Andrew there meant that the music flowed in the ceremony making it even more special

Emma & Terry - Wedding at The Dog and Duck Inn near Canterbury

The activities below can be run during the afternoon or to fill the time between the meal and the evening party.

Mr & Mrs Game

A fun way to find out if you really know each other. I have standard questions that can be used as well as inviting key people to select some appropriate questions or suggest their own.

Pearls of wisdom

During the meal I will ask your guests to complete the pearls of wisdom cards on each table. Afterwards I will read out a few of the best ones and you can keep all of the cards to take home and treasure.

DJ Battle

A great way to get your friends and family involved as the bride and groom go head to head on the DJ decks to be crowned the winner. Don't worry, no prior experience needed!

Bottle Toss

A twist on the traditional throwing of the bouquet that involves everyone (over 18) where the bride or groom throw a bottle of booze for one guest to win.

Know Your Guests

Test your knowledge to see how well you really know your family and friends. I ask everyone to write a sentence about themselves and then ask the bride and groom to identify the guest.

A fun game to get everyone involved

It's a classic game that will get everyone involved, either on the rope or shouting support for Team Bride or Team Groom. A great way to get everyone out of the room to allow the staff to get the room ready for the evening.
