When I first met Hannah and Jamie, they described how they wanted a chilled out day for their wedding. And they got the relaxed and fun wedding they wanted.
With outdoor games setup on the lawn and the drinks available served outside, the guests were treated to a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
The marquee had been beautifully decorated and certainly met the rustic feel Hannah and Jamie were looking for. I added my new lights to complement the rustic look with a soothing orange glow during the day.
Sibton Park Cricket Club is located on the outskirts of Lympne, near Folkestone in Kent. With a lovely marquee setup just outside the club house, it makes a beautiful venue for a wedding.
I setup before the guests arrived and had background music playing. As the happy couple were ready to be seated, I arranged for the grand entrance with all the guests sitting down. This is a beautiful way for the bride and groom to enter as they can see everyone across the room and allows the photographer to capture some amazing shots.
I played a variety of acoustic songs during the drinks reception and through the wedding breakfast, slowly lifting the tempo ready for the evening.
