I've always provided a clear pricing policy, the price I quote is the price you pay (unless the service offered is changed, eg extended times...etc).
I don't believe in adding on surcharges afterwards for fuel or extra lights...etc. When I calculate a quote I take into account the distance travelled, the equipment required...etc so that I don't need to change the price.
My booking forms confirm the price and when payment is due. The booking form splits the price into two amounts; the booking fee and the remaining balance so you can clearly see what you need to pay and when you need to pay it.
This gives you the peace of mind that the price on the booking form is the price you pay.
