Chilham Village Hall is an ideal wedding venue near Canterbury in Kent and easily accessed from Ashford. It's perfect for ceremonies and the evening reception.
Located just off the A252 between Canterbury and Challock, it is easy to get to yet feels remote and quiet at the same time.
With a nice courtyard area outside the front it makes the perfect area for reception drinks and canapes, weather permitting.
The hall has a nice old barn feel to it, which makes it an ideal rustic wedding venue set in the heart of the Kent countryside.
Inside there's a stage for a band or DJ to setup out of the way. And with a separate side door it's possible to setup behind the stage curtains while the guests enjoy their meal.
The hall does have supports in the middle of the floor, but with a clever seating plan you can incorporate these into the wedding decor.
There's plenty of parking available and not too far to walk either.
